Refund Policy

In small cases where refunds have to take place with some of our orders this can be due to insufficient stock level / damage to product or a fault we will do our best to ensure that the items quality is the best for our customers. Due to new rules issued by our payment supplier PayPal we have had to re-look at what could be best for our customers moving forward. Our refund policy means that in as many instances as possible we will no longer issue full refunds immediately should the stock we have be defective or unable to fit due to stock levels. 

In future our customers will gain an email in regards to other efficient ways to proceed with orders. These will be done as follows : 

 

1) Item Swop – You will have the ability to swop for an item like for like for the same price or up to a certain amount. 

2) Credit Note – You will receive a voucher code specific to you for orders you wish to create with us in the future. This was if there isn’t an item you would like you can have the ability to obtain an item you may like or find in the future. 

3) A full refund for the specific items in question.

 

For international customers: If a full refund is given TheStore91 will NOT take any responsibility for differences in currency changes which can happen and occur on a day by day basis. We always try to process items as quick as we can.

 

Lost or Damaged goods from transit – A refund will be the only option given or available to our customers, in some instances you will be asked to return the item in question to us for a refund if it is deemed to be safe to do so. We do not pay for return postage on any of our products or refund the postage price from the original order as the delivery has been made to completion. Internal investigations including images of the product would have to be given before a refund or return can be processed. Any items asked to return must NOT be used and should be 100% defective unless otherwise specified. 

 

Refunds can take from 7 – 10 days to process via PayPal this is to ensure that all refunds are sent and received with 100% security in mind. This policy is effective immediately to all new and current orders being processed. We thank you our customers for your understanding and co-operation at this time.
